Our team is led by Paul Arthurs, P.Eng., a University of Waterloo–trained Civil Engineer with 35 years of broad technical and project leadership experience. Paul has managed complex environmental and safety‑focused engineering programs across multiple sectors, and later applied that expertise to design, construction, and facility projects. He founded ModuLiving to deliver affordable, dignified housing through practical design and reliable fabrication.
